Tree Report

Under the Occupiers Liability Act 1984 you have a duty of care to ensure your trees are safe. Ignorance is, seldom, any protection! Statute law does not require the tree owner to maintain completely safe trees, and it is certainly not practical or possible to inspect each tree on a daily basis. The duty only requires the tree owner and those responsible for them "to take reasonable care".

Tree Surveys prepare reports where:

Unlike most companies offering Homeowner Tree Reports, Tree Surveys do not carry out tree surgery work, therefore have no incentive to specify non-essential work. If required Tree Surveys can provide a list of Arboricultural contractors who are know to provide a fully insured and qualified work force delivering high standards.
